DELIMBE T24 DPA 70 LITERS

– CENTRIFUGAL ANTI-SLUG SPREADER FOR DPAE SYSTEM –

The T24 is a slug pellet and small seed distributor with a working width of 24 meters. Capacity: 70 liters. It’s a multifunctional device. Suitable for quad bikes and tractors, or any other front- or rear-mounted implement.

DESCRIPTION OF THE T24 DPA SLUG PELLET DISPENSER

• Metal frame (epoxy paint), 70-liter capacity, polyethylene tank,
• It features 2 motors: an electric motor to turn the distribution spline (12 volts – 50 watts – 150 rpm) and a second to turn the spreader plate (12 volts – 140 watts),
• Effective width 24 meters, with overlap up to 28 meters,
• Flow rates from 0 to 445 kg/hour,
• Distribution by flute and tray with on-the-fly projection. The red spline is included with the machine (it can be changed on request),
• Control box only with DPA system (to be supplied with slug feeder), power supply with 3-pin plug (1.5m – 2×2.5 cable) and connection to feeder with 7-pin plug (6m – 4×2.5 cable),
• Fits directly onto the quad’s luggage rack,
• Slug spreaders can also be attached to tractors, vehicles, sprayers or other implements at the front or rear. Various attachments are available as options.
• The T24 can also spread small, medium and large seeds such as rapeseed, clover, alfalfa and mustard from 4 to 18 meters, or oats, wheat, barley and lentils. Slug control can be set from 4 to 24 meters with the DPA box and width adjustment,
• For larger tank capacities, go for the slug pellets T28 DPA 120 LITERS.

T24 OPTIONS DPAE SYSTEM

• A three-point linkage on the tractor hitch (front and rear compatible – category 2).
• A self-mounted hitch on a vehicle hitch ball.
• Standard DPA control units: DPA sensor – DPA ISO 7-pin plug – DPA with GPS antenna. The DPA box allows you to have the flow rate proportional to the advance.
• DPA and width adjustment control units: DPA sensor and adjustment – DPA ISO 7-pin plug and adjustment – DPA with GPS antenna and adjustment. The DPA control and width adjustment unit allows you to have the flow rate proportional to progress, as well as the possibility of adjusting your working width from 4 to 24 meters.
• The 4 flute types: White (very low flow), Green (low flow), Yellow (medium flow) and Red (high flow). For higher throughputs, choose the medium throughput yellow flute and/or the high throughput red flute.
• A pre-drilled base to weld onto a tool.
