– DELIMBE T20 FRONT HOPPER SEEDER –

Small and large seed drill, double electric distribution and hydraulic ventilation. Pneumatic seed transfer to a 16-outlet distribution head. Various tank capacities, from 250 to 800 liters. Can be used with all types of soil-working tools (curly harrow, stubble cultivator, cover crop, rotary harrow, tine tools, etc.). Used for a wide range of applications, it can be used to sow insecticide micro-granules, starter fertilizers, weed-killing granules, cereals, small and large seeds.

DESCRIPTION OF THE T20 DOUBLE-DISTRIBUTION FRONT SEED DRILL

• We recommend the T20 seed drill for implements with working widths of up to 8 metres or requiring a large number of outlets.

• It is mounted on the front of the tractor, with the distribution head at the rear.
• The T20 agricultural seed drill is equipped with a ventilation turbine driven by a hydraulic motor, which pneumatically transfers seeds to a 16-outlet distribution head (more outlets available as an option).
• The T20 seeder tank is equipped with two distributions, each driven by an independent electric motor. One distribution operates with a green spline (small output) and the second with a red spline (large output). To sow small seeds, turn on the green spline only; to sow large seeds, turn on the red spline only. To obtain a very high output, run both flutes at the same time.
• The seed is transferred to the spreaders using 40mm diameter hoses.
• Pipe outlet diameter is 40mm inside.
• Tank capacity: 250, 400, 600 or 800 liters.
• The flow rate is controlled by an electronic box in the cab.
• The hydraulic inlet is connected to a spool valve, and the return to the “free return” socket.
• The frame is made of steel and finished with a baked-on epoxy paint, while the tank is made of polyethylene.
• This device is also available in a standard version for installation at the rear of the tractor: T20 STANDARD.

T20 FRONT-END EQUIPMENT

• 8-meter-long hydraulic hoses and ball-type tractor connectors.

• One DANFOSS hydraulic motor for the blower and two spline motors for each of the distributions.
• A pressure gauge and pressure relief valve are supplied as standard.
• The unit is fitted with a drain hatch on the underside.
• 2 integrated grooves, one green for small seeds and one red for large seeds.
• An 8.30-meter 110-diameter corrugated hose to connect the T20 front-mounted seed drill to the rear distribution head. Connected by fireman’s couplings.

T20 SEEDER OPTIONS

• There are 4 types of spline: White (very low flow), Green (low flow), Yellow (medium flow) and Red (high flow). For higher flow rates, choose the yellow medium flow spline and/or the red high flow spline.

• Spark gaps.

• 25-meter hose reel.
• The loading bridge.

For control units, we offer a choice of standard and DPA versions.

• The standard in-cabin control box has 2 switches:

1. For distribution start-up.
2. For sowing adjustment with a scale from 0 to 30.

• A DPA with sensor to be positioned either on a wheel, on the end of a roller or on the back of a disc.
• A DPA with ISO connector, taking information from the tractor via the 7-pin connector.
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna positioned outside the cab.
