Microgranulator and fertilizer seeder, small and large seeds. Dual electric distribution with hydraulic blower and hose descent. Versatile seed drill for use with all types of soil-tilling tools (curly harrow, stubble cultivator, cover crop, tine tools, rotary harrow, etc.). Used for a wide range of applications, it can be used to sow insecticide micro-granules, starter fertilizers, weed-killing granules, cereals, CIPAN, small and large seeds.

DESCRIPTION OF THE T18 DOUBLE-DISTRIBUTION PLANTER FOR GREEN COVER CROPS

• The T18 seed drill/microgranulator is equipped with a blower driven by a hydraulic motor.
  
  
• For optimum seeding, the T18 double seeder features two tanks supplied with air by a single blower. Electrical distribution is provided by two splines. Each tank has its own spline distribution and is completely independent of the other.

1. The first tank, fitted with a red groove (large flow rate), enables large seeds to be sown in front of the tillage tool, burying them deeply according to the depth of the stubble cultivator.
2. The second tank, equipped with a green groove (small flow rate), is positioned behind the stubble cultivator, enabling seeding to take place behind the tillage tool and before the roller. The soil projected by the roller covers the seeds at a shallow depth.

• Each spline, one on each bowl, is powered by its own 12-volt/100-watt electric motor.
• The two distributions are regulated independently on a single in-cab control unit (optional).
• The air flow transfers the seed into the corrugated hoses with an internal diameter of 30 mm.
  
  
• To better disperse the seeds, it’s best to use splitters at the end of the hose.
• The working width of each flail is 50 cm to 1 metre, depending on the height of the layout: they must be installed so that seed projections cross each other.

• The unit is supplied with two original splines, one for each distribution as mentioned above (these can be modified when ordering). The DELIMBE T18 double microgranulator comes with 8 meters of hydraulic hose with push-pull inlet and return.
  
  
• 30 A electrical distribution and 40 L/min hydraulic ventilation.
• The T18 agricultural seed drill is available in two other versions:

• The T18 with electric distribution and blower.
• The T18 HYDRAULIC with electrical distribution and hydraulic blower.

OPTIONS FOR THE DOUBLE MICROGRANULATOR FOR GREEN COVER CROPS

• Control units: we offer several choices between standard and different systems DPAE (Flow Proportional to Electronic Advance) systems.

• A standard control box with 8 meters of wire: 2 meters from the plug to the control box and 6 meters from the control box to the device. For other lengths, please consult us.
• A DPA with sensor to be positioned either on a wheel, on the end of a roller or on the back of a disc.
• A DPA with ISO connector, taking information from the tractor via the 7-pin connector.
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna positioned outside the cab.

• There are 4 types of spline: White (very low flow), Green (low flow), Yellow (medium flow) and Red (high flow). For higher flow rates, choose the yellow medium flow spline and/or the red high flow spline.
• Pipe supports for changing the working width.
• A mounting base that adapts to the T18 chassis for easy attachment to the work tool.
• Shatterers for better seed dispersal.
• 25-meter hose reel.
• The loading bridge.

• A 15-turn timing motor can be fitted on request, depending on your requirements.

USES & TIPS

• Sow large seeds (such as faba beans, oats, sunflower) sufficiently deep and small seeds at the rear of the stubble cultivator, just covered by the soil thrown up by the roller.
• On a stubble cultivator: the T18 double sows large seeds in front of the tillage tool and small seeds behind the tillage tool and in front of the roller.
• For vineyards or arboriculture: the T18 double sows large seeds in front of the tillage tool and small seeds at the rear and in front of the roller.
• You can change your working width easily with pipe supports. The brackets are designed to be replaced simply by unbolting and replacing your existing bracket with a new one. We do not recommend plugging the outlets, as this may damage the T18 fertilizer drill and impair its operation.
